I agree with the comments that are questioning why it took the Toledo Police so long to respond. And why did they not send cops to the house earlier to search for a kidnapped minor??? My other question is regarding the sentencing of these evil criminals. The pimp got 8 years?? Are you kidding me? I've heard of people with drug possession or tax evasion getting sentenced longer. I'm sorry, but there needs to be a HUGE overhaul with not only the 911 system, but also with any crime pertaining to a child/ minor...
