McCain Picks Palin
I'll admit that this is a very nice human interest story: small town mayor who ends up elected as state governor, hockey mom, mother of a child with Down syndrome, son going to Iraq... But, come on!!! Not much foreign or domestic experience for someone who might become president, connections to scandal, and yet another Republican with strong ties to Big Oil and pro-drilling. Staunchly pro-life. If this choice is supposed to appease the disgruntled Hillary supporters, then McCain and the Republicans are more stupid and sexist than anyone assumed.
